Cancellation Policy
I thank you in advance for providing 24 hours notice if you must cancel a session. You will be charged for your session if less than 24 hours notice is provided. If you are more than 20 minutes late for a session your session will be cancelled automatically. Please call us immediately if you are running late. There may be an opportunity to adjust the start time of your session as bookings allow.
Group sessions are charged as a package and are not refundable based on attendance.
